UNGUESS ed Ergoproject hanno coinvolto il crowd di TRYBER in una ricerca per la progettazione del mobile POS di Nexi. L'obiettivo di alto livello ricevuto da NEXI era di valutare, attraverso un test di usabilità con utenti, la prestazione "in uso" della tastiera mobile del POS rispetto a: - inserimento importo; - visibilità e utilizzo della CTA "00”; - comprensibilità delle operazioni di somma; - visibilità della CTA per cancellare; - percezione feedback aptico.
