Decathlon Italy has requested our involvement in an attempt to optimise the shopping experience on its e-commerce website. In particular, the work of the UNGUESS team and the community was focused on:
- understanding how the experience of browsing the catalogue on the "www.decathlon.it" website is perceived by the real user;
- understanding whether the navigation and information are clear enough to allow the user to find what they are looking for and to place the desired products in their shopping cart.
